Validation: Keep the BI 48 hours incubation, the color of culture medium change yellow.
Wrong Result:
*Faulse result: Channels on auto reader give positive result, but after 48 hours incubation the color of culture medium of BI not change color. It means spore killed, sterilization successful, but reader give wrong result. According the standards, it is allowed 3% false result.
*Faulse negative: Channels on auto reader give negative result, but after 48 hours incubation the color of culture medium of BI change yellow. It means spores are not killed, sterilization failure, but reader give wrong result. According the standards, it is don’t allowed any faulse result.
